Matchy Matchy sells apparel that is produced on-demand. This means items are created after an order is placed.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in color, placement, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes and screen settings.

An order is not accepted until it has entered production or shipped. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Pricing or product description errors

• Fulfillment limitations

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

 

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability are subject to change at any time.

Payment is required at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

If a pricing or typographical error occurs, Matchy Matchy reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund prior to fulfillment.

4. Shipping

Shipping timelines shown at checkout include production time and carrier transit time and are estimates only, not guarantees.

Matchy Matchy is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Weather

• Customs or international processing

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

5. Returns & Refunds

Because products are made to order, returns are limited.

Refunds or replacements are available only if:

• The item arrives damaged

• The item is defective

• The incorrect item was received
